so your idea is worth a look but i dont think it will work...cause you might think your better than me...but (insert admin who determins rank) says im better than you...

this will lead to more hate on the site (back to example) you would hate me...then this has to go to IR and u get banned for hating on me... then (example) Chrit says im not that good... hes well respected...(said admin) lowers me to a different level.... i start hating the regime (like iceberg) and then im a herb...all cause of opinion...

The only reason RnR is noticed for its so-called "prestige" would be its rate of skilled-writers to unskilled-writers. . RB and RnR are different breeds, and therefore, should not be compared. Here at RB, we accept everybody; and, for the most part, do our best to promote elevation and success. Not to frown on RnR, for it is home to the most accomplished writers on the 'net, but I'd rather be here where new talent is discovered daily.

Newb apreciation month... still working on the name

The End, alldig, supermods (etc.) pick a vet, and a newbie with some potentian and they have to work together on an open mic/audio/poety...etc

heres an example of how it can work

Create a thread...
anyone willing to do it checks in... the mod of the thread (forum) picks a vet who checked in, and a newb...and gives them a topic for an open mic...they then have 1 week to work on it and drop...

(this idea might require and entire new section...ie: another section in Textual Territory)

vets can help with up and comers making the site ill, newbs can be helped with structure, flow, vocab ie...wackness center can only do so much...

my 2 cents, id love to hear if anyone thinks this is worth while, and weather it can work... (keep this idea in mind when your thinking of new mods...lol bad joke)

I think that we should ship all the newbs to tijuana... in a carboard box... with some bling bling... and an escalade... to see how lopng they last

You know I'm glad I read this thread and the posts from Outwrite, M.DiZZ-iLL, Chrit, SkiddleZZ, Treach P, ill Mental, The Realist and G.Hod. You guys got my mind wide open. Everybody here should be required to read this thread. Yeah I'm new here but I'm all about stepping my game up. And I have noticed that they are people here that got to be put in check. But all in all this is a pretty cool site.
