If you really wanna lose weight to work on your "image" just go to the gym and ask a trainer wich excercises are best for weight loss, also do a lot of cardio like tread mill and shit. And uh, after a workout go into the sona, get into the wet/steam sona and do some situps and pushups and wtv in there. You'll sweat like Oprah. Good way to lose weight...

yeah it is because you need to eat the right foods to get the proper nutrients into your body..i'm studying nutrition in my Independent Living class right now I thought it was gonna be gay but man its hella useful

Not only that, but once you start eating again, you will gain weight back ten fold. I have seen that happen to so many bitches.

I used to wrestle, man. I used to jump rope in my garage with garbage bags all around me to try and lose weight as fast as possible. Unfortunately, I haven't wrestled for two years and I still haven't come back from all that shit. I weigh like, 140 but my build is meant for 160-170.

If you want to lose weight fast then yeah, toss on some garbage bags when you do shit like that. It's not healthy at all, but oh well. There were some kids on my time who went through practice every day with three sweatshirts, with garbage bags under the sweatshirts, and then after practice they'd take some laxatives even though they hadn't eaten anything in over 5 hours. Ahahaha, we fucked ourselves up. Motherfuck taking laxatives though. I never did that shit.

Shit, I never had a problem of losing weight in boxing or judo, my problem was gaining weight, I had to eat like a machine and hit the gym all the time

Starving yourself doesn't work because your body will lower its metabolism. Only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in. Try doing more cardio like swimming/jogging and eating several smaller, healthier meals throughout the day rather than just two big portions for lunch and dinner.

If you can't get out to exercise that often, you can always change your habits. Instead of parking in the handicap spot (being fat doesn't count as a handicap!) in front to the store, park further back so you have a longer walk. Instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs and small stuff like that.

Sweating isnt a good way to lose weight
it all comes back when u get a drink of water
Do it the right way, if u do it wrong losing more then 2 pounds a week means ur losing muscle.
When I was boxing I was in real good shape, I need to get my big ass back to it
