19 egg whites i take it? not the entire egg? my boy that i work with is a body builder, dude eats like 20 egg whites for breakfast. Which turns out to be like the size of 2 eggs.

yeah, egg yolk is horrible for you. Any body builder would know this. thats why they sell nothing but egg whites in the huge bottles.

yeah when i make omlets i usually use 2 yokes and six egg whites,with cheese,shrimp,ham ect...yokes are horrible for u.

you could holla at me too...I been doing this stuff for a minute, my boy is a personal trainer, I'm sure he could give you some tips. I am training to enter into the NFL draft in 2 years. You should slow down with that much protein though man, you aren't that big. All of those eggs plus supplements (hopefully not protein supplements)= Short life by painful heart related death. To justify that many eggs you would have to be a lot bigger than you are and be killing yourself in the weightroom everyday. You should definitely listen to some of the other posters, eat egg whites man. Important to have A LOT of cardio with weight lifting and the diet you are doing. There has to be a balance. People that run and do nothing but run tend to be weaker, people who lift and do nothing but lift tend to be slower. Mix those two together and you got a Big Fast, bad ass muh fucka nah mean. It's pretty simple logic.
