Not a bad week actually. A few no-shows but nothing drastic. Some tight battles like Brock Sampson vs L.I., that battle was very good and a worthy champ match no doubt. Brock won that battle and retained his championship, he’ll be facing Sonny Dimebags who won the contendership battle and if both try in that, it’ll be a hot battle.

Average cypher again this week. It was mainly participated in by 3 people, Artistik, Wordz Ahgod and Faime S. Quotez. And the winner for this week is…Artistik. Yeah, he pretty much ran away with it. Check his bars, they were all tight, especially the cellar bar:

Battle Reviews

LBL Championship Match: 1. Brock Sampson (7-0) vs 2. L.I. (5-0)

This was a tight battle. I was surprised cos I thought it’d be pretty whack cos of Brock saying that he weren’t really gonna try, and L.I. having not dropped a nice verse in a few weeks. But it ended up being a hot battle. Brock dropped first and his verse was niiice. He had a re-seeding bar that was fucking dope, a cross-hairs bar that was nice, a beatles bar that was cool and a fungi bar that was tight. L.I. dropped and as I said I wasn’t expecting shit, but he dropped tight as well. He had a sonned bar that played off a previous post that was dope, a cater bar that was tight and a scratchin cd’s bar that was clever. It was pretty clear that Brock just edged this one though, and the voting showed that as he won 7-0. Props to both for a nice battle though.

LBL Contendership Match: 3. Sonny Dimebags (8-3) vs 4. Malicious (5-1)

Malicious posted saying how whack voting was here cos he was losing, I laughed at him at that time and thought stfu you stupid faggot. But I actually thought he won this battle. He had a singles bar that was pretty cool and a degraded bar that was fucking dope. Sonny had nothing at all in my opinion. But in the end Sonny won this 8-0.

5. JTR (14-6) vs 6. Stanza (3-2)

Murder pretty much. Stanza dropped nothing of note, his verse was ass. He even capitalizes every word in his verses, that shit is newby as fuck. JTR dropped a cool verse, he had a record bar that was tight, a no, k bar that was nice and a sig bar that was tight as well. JTR took this very easily and won 6-0.

7. DaTrusHurtz (6-0) vs 8. SPuL (6-0)

This battle was aight. Spul's verse was pretty average though, the spit shines bar was tight but apart from that I wasn't feeling anything else. DaTrus had the wool bar, that was dope and creative. The mack battle bar was nice as well, it hit hard. DaTrus fed but Spul swayed so it came down to me to decide this battle, and I thought DaTrus took it. Voting ended up 6-5 to DaTrusHurtz to give him the win.

9. Wordz Ahgod (4-1) vs 10. Euthanize (5-5)

Surprising here. Wordz came alright with a pretty decent verse, the 5-6 bar was dope, I was really feeling that. His swell face up bar was decent as well. Euthanize dropped nothing of note, I haven’t a clue why he asks for pic battles cos he’s awful at them. His disses are all “something something…like your long nose” and stuff. They just don’t hit hard in the slightest. Wordz took this easily, winning 5-0.

11. Flash (4-1) vs 12. Aeral (3-0)

Aeral didn’t vote, if he did he would have sweeped this by a lot of votes. Aeral smashed Flash’s verse really, Flash didn’t have anything of note. But Flash voted, so Flash won.

Pretty whack battle here. Artistik had an SE line that was pretty clever, I was feeling that. Eddie had nothing, his verse was straight ass. Artistik rightfully took this 5-0.

Thoughts no-showed. Urmomsuxdixxx won.

17. T.r.oo.P (1-2) vs 18. Out Writechas (0-1)

Out Writechas no-showed. Troop won.

Double no-show.

Caustic no-showed. Platinum won.

Not a bad battle here, both verses were just fairly, I dunno, average. Tavarez dropped first and his verse was alright, he had a groove bar that was dope. Untold dropped and his verse was also alright, he had a nail biter bar that was tight. This was pretty close, but Tavarez ended up taking it fairly easily and he won 4-0.

Should be a tight battle if Sonny drops how he can. I thought Sonny’s verse last week was pretty whack, but if he drops to his full ability then he could give Brock a good battle. If not then Brock will smash him. I still think Brock will take this though however well Sonny drops, so Brock to win.

LBL Contendership Match: 3. JTR (15-6) vs 4. DaTrusHurtz (7-0)

This’ll be a hot battle. JTR has been on a role for the past couple of weeks and DaTrus will have to drop nice to counter that. Whether or not he can I dunno. Based on the previous weeks JTR will probably take this, so I’m gonna stick with the safe bet and say JTR to win.

5. Wordz Ahgod (5-1) vs 6. Erel Avent (9-3)

lol damn Erel’s something else. He tries to bullshit me saying he signed out one week so he shouldn’t get the loss, when there is no evidence in any posts or PM’s or anything that he had. But still, I can’t be fucked to beef so he’s in at 9-3. He’s a tight battler as well and I expect him to win the league sooner or later. Wordz came pretty decent last week but Erel should win this battle pretty easily.

This’ll be onesided. Artistik dropped eh last week but that’s cos he couldn’t be bothered to try. If he does try then he’ll move into the contendership battle next week, no doubt. Flash is ok but he ain’t as good as Artistik. Artistik to win.

9. L.I. (5-1) vs 10. Malicious (5-2)

This could be a battle to watch actually. I thought Malicious won last week and he had a couple of tight bars and L.I. dropped a nice verse last week also. But I think Malicious will probably no-show, so L.I. will win here.

urmom is just better than Troop no doubt, they battled a couple of weeks ago and urmom would have won but he didn’t post links, and neither did Troop. So they both lost. But yeah, this’ll be a repeat performance but with urmomsuxdixxx posting links and winning.

13. Platinum (1-0) vs 14. N.Tavarez (1-0)

I still haven’t a clue about how good Platinum is or anything, and Tavarez is tight, so Tavarez will win this either by no-show or by FLAWLESSING PLATINUM.

Euth didn’t drop great last week but when he tries he can be pretty decent. Stanza is just to be honest with the dude, whack. Euthanize will take this easily.

Aeral would be up the ranks if he had of voted, but he didn’t, so he isn’t. Sizzle dropped alright and would have beaten Ghost Wrighter last week, but he didn’t vote, so he didn’t. I think Aeral is better though, so if both show and stuff then Aeral should take this.

19. Untold (6-4) vs 20. Gho$t Wrighter (0-1)

Untold came close to beating N.Tavarez last week but he narrowly missed out, where as Ghost lost to Sizzle. This should be a pretty easy win for Untold.

21. 9th Degree (0-0) vs 22. Faime S. Quotez (0-0)

9th Degree is finally in the league, it’s taken him forever to sign up but he finally has and he has a pretty easy battle to start. Faime is ok but he ain’t great, so 9th should beat him pretty easily here.

23. Tony Brown (0-0) vs 24. Trey MethodZ (0-0)

Tony Brown is ok when he tries, Trey is just whack. Tony should take this.

Aeral – He’ll prob no-show this week but if he doesn’t then he’s not to be slept on, as he’s pretty tight.

Malicious – Yeah I know, strange aye. But he dropped pretty cool last week and if he stays in, doesn’t bitch, tries and votes he could be a pretty good battler.

Wordz Ahgod – Dropped a decent verse last week and he seems to be improving by the week.

Must Be Sleeping

Sonny Dimebags – He can be so tight when he tries, but it seems like he hasn’t been trying for so long. It’s annoying, cos as I said he has the potential to champ the league, but for whatever reason it’s like he doesn’t want to put the effort in.

Top 10 Power Rankings

10. 9th Degree – Is finally signed into the league after signing into every fucking whack league that came along on RV, then taking 25 weeks to sign into the first nice one that comes along, at it’s weakest point. Seems like a pattern right there, but that ain’t for me to judge. Anyway, 9th is a nice battler but he still seems pretty rusty. It’ll be interesting to see how he does as at his prime he was dope.

9. Untold – Has caught a couple of harsh losses over a two week period, having to face both JTR and N.Tavarez. That’s two RV legends right there and Untold came close against both, so it shows that he’s tight. Should be moving up the league again very soon.

8. N.Tavarez – Dropped alright against Untold last week and as long as he tries, votes and everything then he’ll be moving up the rankings no doubt.

7. Artistik – Pretty tight battler, it just depends on whether or not he wants to try, I don’t think he does so he prob won’t be power ranked again, or even in the league after this week praps.

6. L.I. – Dropped tight against Brock but Brock just dropped better, if he stays in the league and keeps improving weekly he could champ it.

5. Sonny Dimebags – Very tight battler when he tries, but he seems to be pretty awful when he doesn’t. I’m still waiting to see flashes of the verse he dropped against N.Tavarez months ago, but I haven’t seen anything from him that comes near that since then.

4. Erel Avent – He’s back in the league after a one week hiatus, and he’s still someone who I could see winning this league. He tends to drop rather inconsistently though so if he drops nice verses for a few weeks then he can champ the league.

3. DaTrusHurtz – Just behind JTR, but if he tries his hardest and drops a nice verse then he could be facing Brock Sampson next week.

2. JTR – Has been dropping nicely for the past couple of weeks, and if he can get past DaTrusHurtz he has a very good chance of finally champing the league.

1. Brock Sampson – Dropped a dope verse last week against L.I. and should probably retain his title this week against Sonny. He’s on a roll lately and could be champ for quite a few weeks to come.
