MP3 plug-in 2.0???

Ok ive been using Acid for a while now been using 4.0 and then updated when sony put out 5.0 but any way I went to render a track it said it cant save until I registerMP3 Plug-in 2.0. Also when I try and open an Mp3 file in acid it is saying the same thing??
when I try to register it says I have the wrong serial number or computer ID Does anyone know why this happend all of the sudden
