i pick a color then i got to that filters or w/e then something i forget then click clouds then i go filter again and go liquidfly and i play with it around a lil until i think it looks cool

i could even make you a few quick bgrounds if you want.....just a couple so you can make some sigs ro wutever

but yea.....to merge layers.....click the layer on top of the one your going to merge with and press CTRL+E
