They out numbered the shooters, all they had to do was make a plan. I mean if you're going to die anyways, why not at least try and save yourself or somebody else by using your life..

Like when he was walking on the table, fuckin' lift the table up and knock the fucker on his ass..

People don't think in hard situations, they just give up..

Easier said than done.

Biologically speaking, when you're facing a dire life/death situation, the body does things physiologically to you to put you at a disadvantage.

#1...The brain shuts down peripheral vision...So that your focus is immediately on the danger in front of u...This would make it hard to conspire with other people when you're panicked.

#2...THe body kicks into fight or flight mode...This is mostly instinctive, and doesn't require higher brain function. Therefore, in a panic, the average person is likely to resort to these tactics and not be of sound mind.
