started as a landmark, ended as rubble, all in a few seconds/
morning comes, the children cry, they cant see it from their window at school/
nothing but a stump to look at now, nature made france a fool/
two weeks later, pieces still laying in the streets/
young jacque walks by and finds something at his feet/
carved in the metal, "Marie and David (heart)a day after marriage"/
means nothin to you but damn, those are his dead parents/.....

tha ground rumbles feet stumble all succumb to tha
might of mother nature the delight of tha creator
to see fright and the behavior of tha brave and tha wise
to see those who despise, tha cries of those who spent their whole lives
creatin this tower that's askin why?!? as tha legend dies
something every man and woman around was proud of now lies
in a grave above the ground u hear tha sound of a pin drop
all tha town in silence every life stops
every man and woman left to think about what was and could have been
and in tha shadow of every soul a hope from with in
although the giant dead and the legend done
every heart looks to what will be and the joy of what's to come

i was under the tower...when i saw that lightnin struck...
i scrambled to get away when i realized i might be fucked...
i was remonescin of 9/11...except this was one monument...
saw the huge point fallin when i wonder where "god he went!?"...
how could this happen!? i was just a tourist enjoyin the view...
now i find myself on a pipe while blood is explorin my shoes...
y didnt i just stay home, and see Paris's beauty from a DVD...
bcuz now my parents dont know where im at more less see me be...

Looking up at that tower, in expectaction of flaws, yet
It seemed all so perfect. The times irony exposed
To have something so ideal, grow from This World, who could ever know?..
The lights were dimming, and often were swimming,
Through the depth of the air of Paris, where I was gazingly skimming.
Over the Haze of grayness that shrouded graceful Eiffels Peak
Up until I heard this Voice, Not easily rivalled Speak..
The Sky ripped in two, and bolts of lightning flew out,
Skewered the tower, and its lights, which instantly blew out.
Engulfing all in this darkness, where only the flashin Illuminated.
Where the screams of people came so quickly, they barely flew then faded
The sky was screaming, and the city was showered by hell,
When at that moment, My eyes realised that perfect tower had fell.

.. This symbol of perfection once towered with Dominance.
Now its destruction would not only mean the death of its, but this whole worlds prominence.
