I went to this fucking pet store with a couple of friends because my mate wanted to buy this Bearded Dragon they had on sale. I think lizards are fucking awesome anyway, so I went along.

As it turns out, in this very pet store they were having this sort of showing of all these exotic animals. They had this dude who goes to Africa and all them places and brings back these exotic animals like. He had these cockroaches the size of my fucking hand that looked funky as hell. These scorpions, one of which I got to hold which was cool.

I also got to handle this big ass python, it had to be like 12 feet in length which is not big in comparison to how large they can grow, but it was pretty big for my eyes. And it was fucking heavy.


Then his fucking stupid gay ass, without warning, whipped out a fucking Goliath Bird-Eating Spider. OMFG!! I ALMOST DIED ON THE SPOT!!

Ever since I was little, I have had a fear of spiders. I've tried to overcome it in the past, but all attempts have been unsuccesful. Seriously, no fucking creature should be that fucking hairy and have that many legs.

I mean, I won't even go near a standard tarantula. This motherfucker was like the size of my fucking head, bigger with its legs stretched out. And this fucking douche picks it up and puts it on the table next to him. The beast is like less than 5 feet away from me.

Honest to god, I couldn't move and I was struggling to breathe. My friends had to assist me out of the store. One of the worst moments in my life, man.


Any other animal, whatever it is.. I don't give a fuck. But, something about spiders just sets me off man. That fucking thing was HUGE!!

i learned from my dad growin' up that there are very few things to fear as a human. I guess you can't help it though. When I see a spider, unless it's a known human killer like a black widow or some shit where I could end up bein' in the hospital for trying to be friendly, I'll simply grab it and throw it outside. It must suck to have a general fear of spiders.

I was scared of Potato Bugs growing up.

You can't help what you are scared of. My fear spawns from the fact that when I was like 4-5 I woke up one night and there was a spider on my pillow, right next to my fucking face. Ever since then, they just fuck me up mentally man.

The only time I got creeped out by a spider was because I walked onto an upper-floor deck at midnight and there was a web I didn't see but I felt it, and as soon as I felt the web I thought "spider" and felt tapping on my head, there was a big black spider with red tipped legs walking on my head 'cuz I went head first through the middle of its nest and so I shook my head and turned on the light and spotted it, and fucking punched it

it curled up and died

then I did this little shake dance like "IF THERE IS a SPIDER ON ME IT AINT NO MORE CUZ IM DANCIN THAT SHIT OFFF HAAAAAA"

yeah, that was kinda creepy.

I'm in Alabama home boy. That place you consider too far for internet?

I walk around since my family owns a bunch of land in this area, and there are snakes 'n' bears 'n' creeks and forests, so when I go on a walk, most people would take a gun, I take a bat.

in-case I'm boutta get my ass whooped by a bear or see a snake I wanna kill but don't wanna touch with my bare hands. Yeah, snakes are fucking nasty, I know, not like a pet snake, those are okay but a wild ass snake is just down right scary, a CIVILIZED snake might swallow you whole, but a wild snake is gonna see you and try. So now I carry a metal bat with me when I go exploring the area. It's a beautiful place, as I've said. I'm going tomorrow to a nearby creek and see what I find.
