chasing a dream

I have been chasing the dream of becoming an established media professional. Either in television or radio, I even went to university, now that uni is over I have debts. Do I persue the dream of fame and fortune or just settle in my current job and pursue the prospects of a managerial role within the company. What should I prioritise money or dreams.
