Ludacris has lashed out at Oprah Winfrey, after he was initially refused to appear on her prime time talk show, and then publicly lectured when he was finally allowed on the show.

Ludacris was stunned when Winfrey criticised his use of words like ‘bi*ches’ and ‘hoes’ in his music, when he was appearing on the show to promote his movie, Crash, and discuss racial discrimination, reports Contactmusic.

“She edited out a lot of my comments while keeping her own in. Of course, it’s her show, but we were doing a show on racial discrimination and she gave me a hard time as a rapper when I came on there as an actor,” said Luda, real name Chris Bridges. “Initially, I wasn’t even invited on the show.”

“After the taping, she pulled me into a room and we had a five-minute conversation,” he continued. “What I got was that by having rappers on her show, she feels like she is empowering in them. It was like being at someone’s house who doesn’t really want you there.”

“I don’t see why [comedians] Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle, who I am huge fans of, it’s OK for them to go on Oprah. They speak the same language as I do, but they do it through comedy, so I guess that’s acceptable to her [Oprah].”

In related Ludacris news, the rapper-turned-actor has stated that he dreams of starring in a movie alongside his idol, Shirley Maclaine, as well as other actors and actresses such as Jeffrey Wright and Felicity Huffman.

“I had a chance to meet her at a film festival,” told Luda, speaking about Maclaine, “so I told her I would love to work with her. She was like, ‘We have to make it happen.’”

Well, I see where he's comin from. Because there are many sterotypes when it comes to people of african descent becoming rappers, and how what we say is critized more than other actors, comedians, etc. I dont feel that she had the right to say that towards him, especially on national t.v. Both are role models in my point of view, but from different backgrounds. But i always have felt that Oprah thinks that her last word counts and no one elses, but hey, thats just my opinion. But i know that i'm not the only one that says, "Oprah's tryin to take over the WORLD!!!!" hahahahaha LMAO! *remembers Wild'n Out*
