ok first things first
fix the text the bottom text, quite possibly the MOST IMPORTANT part of the whole thing...aint even visible. not good. you dont need to blend EVERYTHING in, especially if its going to suffer in the visibility department so go ahead and make that text like a solid white so that i can see when the event is and at what time.... nah mean? thats the biggest issue it does look pretty begginer, but if you keep working with photoshop and trying new effects youll get the hang of it it just takes time but yea fix that text man, that is a MUST

yeah, what tizzle said, Im not too big on the text myself, I agree you should've make it solid white. Just keep working on it man.

but if i make it solid white, it wont work cause the lights are white. any other suggestions?

the solid white would overshadow the lights so it would stand out. Or you could always put some drop shadow if you'd like
