^ okay, clouds were hard as hell to make, what brush strokes? are you high?, text is supposed to be basic otherwise it would be too distracting, those werent renders, i had to cut those myself.

i believe clouds is a filter...so its really not that hard
jus use blue and white and do some difference clouds over it until you get what you like should take one minute tops...

I like the overall feel of the wallpaper, but here are what I don't like...
The layout... It seems off balance... The text is too elegant for the toons... I don't like the way the leaves are covering that snail thing... If you're gonna blend, don't cut off important parts or they look like mistakes. The way the sword is going over the "edge" of the graphic is distracting.
