you could holla at me too...I been doing this stuff for a minute, my boy is a personal trainer, I'm sure he could give you some tips. I am training to enter into the NFL draft in 2 years. You should slow down with that much protein though man, you aren't that big. All of those eggs plus supplements (hopefully not protein supplements)= Short life by painful heart related death. To justify that many eggs you would have to be a lot bigger than you are and be killing yourself in the weightroom everyday. You should definitely listen to some of the other posters, eat egg whites man. Important to have A LOT of cardio with weight lifting and the diet you are doing. There has to be a balance. People that run and do nothing but run tend to be weaker, people who lift and do nothing but lift tend to be slower. Mix those two together and you got a Big Fast, bad ass muh fucka nah mean. It's pretty simple logic.
