shure sm58... no doubt. you can get it for under 100 bucks, plus it works well as both a studio and live mic

i dunno what mic stand to get namean...i need a good mic stand but with the reviews i read the mic stands aint any good..and i was lookin more towards and large diaphragm condenser microphone...what about the MXL 990, Behringer B1 or Behringer B2 if there are more feel free to list em for me...

look for the ROde nt1000... i belive its $199... whatever the lower model rode is nowadays, i always forget the #'s... but cop that as your best $200 bet. .pz.

^from my experiences... yeah. you can pit the sm-58 with most $500 dollar mics... it's a gift from above, lol
