Aight heres the thing.. it should be set up as..
ESTABLISHED CREWS - aka crews that have been around for a while.. and will stay around ROOKIE CREWS - aka newer crews which need to stay together for a minimum of like 2 months or something before they move to the Established crews section.. just my opinion.. pz |

How about this... any crew who has over 50% of their members with more than 500 posts can get their crew moved to an established crew forum. Minimum number of people in a crew is currently 8. So if you have 5 members with 500+ posts, you can asked to be moved. How does that sound? It's easier for me to keep track of the post counts than remember how long a crew has been around.
