Rules: Double Elimination Matchups.

Both drop one punch a piece. I'll do it like this. It will be a best of 3 series. That means you have to beat your opponent 2x.

This is week one, so drop ONE punch. Next week, you will face the same opponent in a rematch. If you lose both matches, then your out. If you win both you advance. If there is a tie, then you have to face your opponent one more week in a tie breaker match.

Due Dates

Battles will be set up Mondays. Check In's due on Wednesday. Failure to check in results in a DQ (I will be watching this). Punches are due on Friday by 11:59 P.M. EST. voting ends on Sunday, 11:59 P.M. EST.

No-Shows

This is for money, so show up



Editing

The first person to drop their punch will be able to edit their punch until the second persons punch. The Second person to drop will have until the first vote is cast to edit their punch.

Feeding

If opponent agrees , then feeding is okay.

lpmndcte's was either a fake or a weak personal, doctor wordplay wasn't creatively recycled (please let it be known by recycled that I don't mean YOU've previously used it before. I mean IT's been previously used before, probably at least 10 times)

I dont understand how the MD line wasn't a true personal?? its MD. fits and makes sesne to me.

regardless, of that though...

I thought both of your guys second bars could have been better, but i enjoyed the MD line better than the outdated Sonic refrence. You should have played off of the Sonic thing in a differnet way and it would have worked out better for you. I felt like the Sonic and outdated lines where too obvious in the way you set up your bar, compared to the MD lines.

LPMNDCTE: You had an idea that could have worked but your punch just didn't hit home. Give it a thought and try it a few different ways next time instead of just throwing down the first thing that comes to mind.

Mad Dog: Avatar punches are more played than the movie. Also, calling somebody's style outdated and following it up with that.. blah.. and using a "your style punch" right after he used a "your style" punch.. come on..

It's honestly a tie for me, if you need a deciding vote I'll break down and choose somebody.

Let's see better from both of you round two, I'm assuming you're both capable.

one was just too forced wordplay and the other was too simple and played out concept

not that they were horrible, they just weren't great and I didnt like them and I dont see either being better or worse but if I have to absolutely pick one for a tie breaker in the coming days I will

honestly close to a tie but i have to give the edge to LPMNDCTE his md was a dope idea just didnt hit as hard as it could of.could have used a better adjetive/metophore for doctered up but overall felt u did a little better

mad dogg just honestly really just wasnt feeling the punch at all,should have done a tiny bit of research and said something about how he works in a vet hospital, tons of punches there, maybe next round?
