ok first things first

take the textwork back to the drawing board
it doesnt work well at all with the cover, both fonts are absolutely grotesque, and the plain old white doesnt help their case...
i say do a more elegant type of font

youre going to want to up the contrast on the background too (and most likely the brightness as well)
in the future try and get the psd to match the background, brightness/contrast wise...
itll help make your piece look a lot better, lot more proffesional

fix those and you should be ok
color wise its not awful, but i cant say its particularly my favorite choice..

not bad though, just keep working on it.

all that would make it look doper from a graphical standpoint, and tizz obviously knows what he's talkin about, but honestly that looks like somethin you would see on the shelves if you look at it with fresh eyes, b/c the plain white font goes along with the kind of mellow theme he's got goin on the cover...
