you ever realize how much your reputation alters people's perspective on you and their thoughts and opinions towards you? i think without reputations people would be able to see through you way too easily and that it can be an advantage or disadvantage to have a reputation. it starts with 1st impressions which is the most important cuz then your rep is practically set and its very hard to change it especially if its numorous people at once.

reputations come as a disadvantage because they're very hard to change and it causes people to misinterpet everything you do and say to match your reputation. if you aint got any idea on who you are your going to start believing your what people say you are and your gonna feed into their bullshit ultamatly leading to you doing anything for acceptance, bad reputations are only for the strong minded which unfortunally is something alot of people aint. reputations can become a mental block on everybody fooling them into believing they "know you" preventing them to look anything past your reputation.

but reputations can come as an advantage if you play your cards right right from the beginning. if you make sure your rep is accurate enough you dont have to introduce yourself to a thousand people when they already heard about you, your reputation and gossip will take care of that for you. if you got a good reputation its gonna attract more people in leading them to actually know you and clear up whatever inaccuracies that your reputation contains. yea interesting how that works

Reputations don't matter. It is basically assuming things... Ignore people's reputations and you'll be fine. Yours you can do whatever you want with.
