i havent actually quit altogether but ive cut down excessively this week
went from 10 cigs a day to TWO
and two blunts a day to half a blunt in 4 days
any succes stories or ideas i can use to quit and stay off ?

yea find other shit you like to do that doesn t require drinking like sprots or something ........

yeah, all these people are right. it's like obesity and gastric bypass surgery...they found that people that are addicted to eating..especially comfort foods....that after gastric bypass..which makes it physically impossible to indulge in every craving you have.....they ended up finding other, just as, or more destructive habbits or addictions....I imagine it works like that with a lot of addictive behavior issues

well if you were on a 10 pack a day i'd say you had that addiction controlled good enough as it is coz im on at least 30 a day and christ knows what i smoke on a night out...but stay at it man...big mistake of mine to start smoking...im having a cig now lol...fuckin addiction -_-
