i have anger problems,
to tell you tha truth, i start to throw things,
and if it's a person that pisses me off: we're fighting...
i used to be in counselling but it didn't help and was gettin expensive...
just this weekend, i pushed this guy down tha escalator then threw his bag in tha trash before leavin tha mall, then went home (about two blocks away), throwin snow at houses and cars...

damn man, ive been in couseling since iwas like 5 ( im 18) and me, i dont hit people or anything, but i break the fuck outta what evers in my room, i got holes everywhere, i ran, like literally thru my door one time... its some cheap ass shit, im not tryin to brag about some dumb shit liek that... but now when i get mad i just get really quiet start pacing and rapping in my head or i go to my room throw on some music and just act like im at some concert and just start sayin the lyrics to myself and shit... and dude hitting walls was FAN tastic, id hit that shit and everything would be alright like five minutes later
