well there are two ways to do it. U can use Fruity as a plug-in with ur Acid Pro. USe it as a soft synth. so what u'd have to do is load it as a VSTi plugin in ur preferences in Acid Pro. Then make a new MIDI track in ur Acid project and then use the piano roll to do the sequencing and what not. OR...do it the way i do.
Due to the fact that i think Acid pro is shti for MIDI and VST/VSTi i'll make a sequence in fruity and render the loop. Then open and use the loop in my Acid Project. I know it takes up a whole shit load of space but i prefer doing it that way. Dont get me wrong Acid is a very versitile program but personally i think the MIDI capabilities are lacking. So if u were serious about MIDI VST/VSTi and also into Chopping, Acid and a better MIDI VST platform linked with ReWire is a hott combo. Personally my fav software for MIDI/VSTi and sound editing is Cubase. Though it is possible to chop, time stretch, loop with Cube its easier with Acid.
