It shows that you have 2 credits... you also had 3 votes removed on the 21st. My guess is that you didn't have a lot of credits in the first place and those 3 removals put you into the negative.

Custom avatars/titles are a usergroup permission. Mods and Admins already had access to have them even if they didn't have 500 posts.
