Any Guitar Players Here?

Alright I thought I'd just give it a shot and ask if there's anyone here who can play acoustic guitar.
I'm trying to figure out this Lyfe Jennings song and I need help figuring out what chords he's playing. I got the first 2 but the last 3 are hard.
