there is one problem though...for every 1 battle that is opened 4 votes will occur this means more battles will close than open...eventually this system could backfire on itself...never thought of that

But really there are some things.
Like people who can't vote in EFL might run out of battles to vote on in FL. And what about people ya know who have to come in on Sunday, check in, and battle but they find out all of their credits are gone? You can't forget blacklists either. There are basically too many complications to be worked around so easily. *shrugs*
