Help With My Mixer!?

IP: 5E6A 46E1

I got a new mixer (Multi-mix8 USB) and I plugged in the mic, headphones and USB. I also installed the program it came with (Cubase LE) And when I try to record I dont see the waves showing up. When I speak into the mic I can hear myself, but the waves wont show up... Any Help?

Word^^^ check your outputs and inputs make sure there connected right
also check if you got your settings on your mixer right....the simplest things you forget could mess every thing up
