Thanks for the feed.....
Actually, the drop shadow doesn't come in that thick and dark when I print it out on the transfer paper.....it actually looks real smooth. I'll take a pic with it on when I get around to ironing it on

I feel you on the design being a little bigger. It's kinda hard though cause the paper that I print it out on is only 8 1/2 X 11.
