In a dark and shaded chamber
Far away from humanity
Such obscure, hypocritical shadows
Numbed by a sudden rush of power
Decided to stay blind
To all those ending lives
Deafened by their pride
Not hearing children cry
Eyes focused on the future
Never on the present
Nor the past

Maybe that is why we never seem to learn from our mistakes

Like an avalanche
A mere snowflake
Molded by human hands
By time transformed
Into a distastrous mass
Or should I say mess?
Poverty rages
Yet wealth is all around
In the pockets
Of our world leaders
Who refuses to act
But just sit still

Now we, the people, need to unite as one and take a stand

Screams fill the streets
Not of pain this time
But of anger
Combined forces
Fighting for one cause
To save our society
From sharks
To prevent them
From eating us
The small fish
Speak on blunt truth
On top of your lungs
Be proud
Be strong
Don't fear no one
Dare
Dare to take a stand
