Business Folk Help Me Out!!!

IP: F222 1099

I'm writing a business plan to propose to a few business owners in hopes to have them help fund my project. I was wondering if you guys have any tips as how to write it. I'm having my aunt who graduated with a Masters in Business Administration, but I wanted some advice from people who may have done it already.

I plan on starting an artist promotion and management company. I am already currently managing 2 different artists out here in California so it's not like I'm totally new to this.

Many of the potential investors that I am going to propose to have already spoken with me about this idea so I'm pretty sure I'll get the OK.

But I'm just looking for tips for the presentation part. The organizing of the business plan is pretty much covered because I have a lot of people helping me out to organize it properly.

make sure you have market research up to your eyes before you start...when you get about halfway through you'll see why

I don’t know why the businesses would fund your business plan… Personally I only invest with winners, people who have credentials and are known to be successful. If some random dude came at me with a business plan and asked me to invest in it, I wouldn't. No matter how good the idea is. You should only invest with people who are known to be winners; otherwise you’re going to end up a loser.

Oh but good luck to you though.

This is why the business would invest in my project. I have already started the business with 2 clients and their careers have grown a lot due to what I'm doing.
