Now that all the votes are finally in, we can start the new challenge.

Here's the deal, each tribe must choose 3 text heads, pure text heads, not audio/text people to battle in a double elimination round robin tournament. At the end of the tournament, a mic will be offered as the prize. It will not be the best, but it might be a $30 mic, depends if anyone is willing to donate some money. If not, it could be just a kareoke mic for all you know. Either way, you will get a mic so you can be converted.

We will continue to do some small challenges for immunity and prizes, but these people are immune to being eliminated. They will not participate in any prize challenges or immunity challenges, so choose wisely.

Post a list of your 3 people chosen by Friday, and then the tournament will begin.

How long can the three people not allowed to participate? If I do this I'd want to win some other prizes and shit too..

Oh, I think I get it now. Once the tournament is over all three people go back to their teams and the "immunity" is lost then. After the tournament all three are again elgibile to get prizes and shit. Correct?

Correct. But for the weeks of the tournament, they automatically have immunity. Once they are eliminated from the tournament, they no longer have immunity.
