How do you make an original picture into a GTA lookalike picture? like the cartoon effect similiar to the ones they use in GTA..
Ive seen alot of sigs with them, but i dont know anyone who does them, i was wondering if any of you would know any sites where i could learn it, or any info on it please

cut the pic
duplicate, blur top one at about 8 - 10 pixels then set mode to lighten or soft light i think.

Gaussian blur set at one, then faded into darken. Easiest way for a cartoon effect.
