Satan won by no show. But he dropped a decent verse that I think even if G woulda showed he wouldn had been able to contend with it.

Burden vs Format

Format won by no show. Format dropped a no show verse and got his 3 points. And after he showed he's in the league to stay. I'm interested to see his verse this week, now that he gets a chance to actually drop a real verse.

Flash vs Born Swagg

Flash won by no show. This was probably one of the most expected no shows. Born signed up with only 25 posts, and didn't post since he signed up. So this wasn't actually a let down by any means. Flash dropped a no show verse and got his 3 points.

Ramcees vs Kaution

Ram won by no show. Ram only got two points because he actually didn't post a no show verse, but he did check in and say if Kaution dropped then he would match him. Ram has been getting better and better, I've been in other leagues with him and he shouldn be taking lightly.

Kirk vs Dickard.

Kirk won by no show dissapointedly. Kirk dropped a pretty decent verse, and I'm not sure if Dick saw it and figured he couldn beat him or just flat out didnt' show because he's not active. Anyways Kirk put his text skill on display, and will have a target on his back this week.

Lay Fear vs Flight

Flight wins 2 - 1. This was the only actual battle for week one. And not a dissapointing one at all. Flight posted first and right away came out with some decent hits. His opener was nice, and he followed it through with solid punches after. Only line I actually wasn't feeling from his verse was the pension line.
Lay came out with a clever opener, his second punch was good nameplay, and he fell off on the other two and then picked it up with a decent closer. Overrall Flight took this one with better consistency throughout and whoever he goes up against should watch out, because he's come out gunning.

Lay Fear vs Format

This could go either way. After the no show win in the first week Format is probably ready to prove he is good enough to contend for the top spot in the league. And Lay's coming off a tough loss to Flight and the question is can he rebound from it and pull out a win.

Kirk vs Flight

I'd have to say this is going to be a pretty good match up. Flight coming off a win has acquired some momentum and will be hard to top if he drops like he did in week one. Kirk following a no show win will have to come out with his usual swagger and skill and drop his best to take this one. I'll say this might get a battle of the week nomination.

Satan vs Flash

Both are looking to add another win to their records after week one. Satan dropped an actual verse last week and is probably coming in this warmed up. But with finals coming around on RB he might spread himself thin
so it will be interesting to see who comes out on top in this one.

Ramcees vs LPMNDCTE

I battled LP in the Juno tournament, and he is a pretty decent head and has alot of potential. But I've also been in leagues with Ram and week in an week out he gives a hundred percent and is steadily getting better. He's not the type to no-show, and will be eager to display his skill in this one. This should be a good match up in my opinion.

dutch vs Yung MEDIkated

Both need to elevate, but have shown to be active battlers on the site. So this is a warm up week for them. I'm not expecting much out of this battle, and after Yung has talked up his skill alot I want him to ATLEAST show for this. Dutch is getting better and I think he might take this one if he puts in a little effort into his verse.

Top 5 Power Rankings

1. Flight
This guy came out week one in top form and immediately placed himself
as one of the tough heads to beat. We'll be lookin for more from him this season.

2. Kirk
This guy is 17-0 for a reason. And his resume of heads he has beaten is enough
to earn him a top spot on this list. He's always a force to be reckoned with.

3. Lay Fear
When he puts his time into a verse he's dangerous. He usually has an over
confident swagger and words his punches well. But sometimes spreads himself too thin.

4. Satan
Satan dropped a verse well earnd of a top 5 spot. He sometimes has a problem with consistency but when he's on point he's always tough competition.

5.Ramcees
Although he didn't drop this week, I know he is top 5 material. He's got a way of
dropping dope punches week in and week out.

Well the bar to top week one isn't very high, just hoping everyone will show this week and drop like you got some skill. We got some decent heads and I want to see some matches worth reading through.
