But if we're on the topic of weight loss, not everybody responds the same to a certain workout routine or diet. So what works for Poetic may not work for J. Roy and vise versa. So if you're trying to make that argument, don't. Hell, I know people who work out like crazy and they can't lose weight, and I also know people who can't gain weight, so it really just depends. But anyways, sorry to disrupt your beef, let the chaos continue...
