so the weekends over an the indian guy hasnt came back,but i did file a complaint to internal affairs for not arresting him,and theyve called me twice,theyre taking it pretty serious.....and i guess later on around ten that morning the indian guy came back and was harrasing some lady out in front of the work. and doing the same thing to my other employees that he was doing to me..not sure if he had a knife though but he one of his hands in his pocket so its pretty ovious he did..........thoughts sugguestions?

they're both sharpened... and I always hold them tip down and blade out... it just looks cooler and i've seen people do it in movies and shit...
