any program can create that effect. it's only a pitch modulation.
its' the opposite of that corny high-pitched voice

I know any program can do it. I heard a song that just lowered the pitch and slowed the speed but it didnt sound "choped and screwed" it sounded gineric...

I was just askin if there is a program that can create an authentic sound...know what im sayin?

You gotta punch yourself repeatedly in the mouth for twenty minutes straight......then when you spit into the mic you get that slurred sound from your inability to move your fat lips and the lower voice from damaging your vocal chords screaming "OOOOWWWWWW"

"chopping" is editing, straight up cutting and pasting the vocal track in diff places and in diff pieces etc etc etc.

something like that shouldn't even have to be explained, not to metion I didn't hear him say jack about chopping. just "screwing".
