control panel-add/remove programs
if not delete the folder if it says cant delete get a program called Delete FXP Files and delete the folder with that if that doesnt work (usually will work after you try delete fxp) then you're fucked

its usually the name of the program or somethin, or if theres a shortcut on your desktop or somethin for the program right click it and go to properties and see where the location/target is and that should be the folder and shit

Do the remove program thing. Then get ADVITA Wipe and delete, I think its called.
Worked for me. Or do a searh on google, and theres a forum somewhere that helps with this kind of shit. I got spyware off my computer thanks to them when nothin else worked..
