They will diagnose there and then what your problem is, if they cant and its that serious they will refer you to a specialist.

If you ask me its sounds more like your suffering with anxiety and because your not getting it sorted and jus living with it, it is sending your brain into panic, which makes your situation harder to deal with.
Suffering with these illnesses make your brain think you have brain damage.
