yes of course its ok, but if a mod catches you linking our members to another forum you will be banned and the forum heavily spammed.

Basically the rule is to cut down the spamming. What is considered spamming? If you create a random thread or post saying to visit a forum with no other point than to just get people to go to the forum. It is usually ok if a forum or site is mentioned as part of a discussion and is relevant to the topic at hand.
