Once again i take advantage of the creativitie allowed to be used in topicals and made a story out of it. Though the plot of the story is basically dumb. If you wanna know the derection i was goin wit my topical, I was showin wat they see as a delinquent, and what we know they see as a delinquent. like two completely Different definitions. So i wrote the exact same verse twice but from two different sides.
