I would say, stay away from Hip Hop E-jay, i havent heard but i heard its not to great. But once you learn how to use Fruity if you decide to step up ursoftware u'd learn a lot of things that are transferable between Fruity and other software.

hip hop ejay is pretty much garbage, and for 12 year olds. Stick with fruity to start, learn how software sequencing works, but still have the availability to make some dope shit. Then maybe step up to reason (better processing of audio and more synths), then when u got enough money...cop the mpc

reason

for a couple hundred get reason and a hun more get a midi controller.
Sit in your room and learn that as much as possible. Learn to patch soft synths and dynamics together. it uses samplers and everything you want.
