the new battle system has a lot of thought behind it i dont think peeps understand... its gonna sort of prevent wack votes... but we need a 2 vote link rule or something like that to make it better... cos right now the major prob is peeps not votin...

That's partially what is seperating us from other elite boards. Lack of leadership. If this was RapBattles, the issue would've been handled already. I'm not sure why you don't want any mods outside of tournaments, but it keeps RV looking like a dump. A big newb invested dumb.
