Its coz it moves faster in FL if we took the registered vote rule away OR made people more aware on how to become registered then EFL would move faster

i think its a good idea not 15 wins 10 wins...and i think people with 10 + should be able to battle anywhere but under 10 u can only battle in FL...they should just make the number of EFL more wins to get in...and t-storm your idea is dumb...300 posts to get in EVL no matter the record or however you put it cuz i been here since january and i have seen tons of noobs with 0-0 record with 600 posts cuz noobs freepost...im active on this site everyday but i dont freepost but noobs do...so that idea throw it in a trash can
