I have a question about feeding, Is it just when you use a part of your opponent's battle, or is there something more than that?

Example: If my opponents spits first with something like 'I'll shoot you, send you to hell.' Can I spit back with something like, 'In hell I'll be hotter than you could ever be.'? (I know those were crap, I just needed a quick example.)

Yeh More Or Less...Feeding Is When You Basically Take The Ideas Off Your Opponents Verse And Use Them For Your Own Benifit...
It Can Be A Punchline They Used On You And You Just Turned It Around To Use It On Them...

Yes, Feeding is not allowed in most of the battles because it shows that you cant come up with anything yourself so you using your opponents hard work to your advantage,Feeding is wen you take your opponents verse and use it to ur advantage like you use their style or their ideas

Unless they say don't feed, I think flipping their own concept against them is quite creative. . Some people don't agree, but, in my opinion, it is a witty return at their idea.

I only recommend feeding in real freestyle battles,that is the only time it is safe to do so.But if your battling over the net,don't do it.

^^To An Extent I Agree Wit Lyric...But Most Emcee's Dont Like The Fact That You Take Parts Of Their Verse And Use It Against Them...It Can Be Creative If You Use It To A Good Punchline But On Many Occasions Most Of Them Just Say Reverse The Punchline...Without Changing The Actual Punch...Just The Reciepient...
