which version of fl do u have?
if u have the fl4(producers edition), full version then u should be able 2 have full acess 2 the slicer.
go 2 the top where it says chanel, and scroll down 2 fruity slicer. then just load in a sample from browser.( if u already knew this my bad) I've been messin with it 4 about a month now. it's cool if u just getting into it, u can actually do some dope shit with the slicer/ piano roll. I got a homie who whores the slicer, , with the piano roll, sick shit. saves a lot of time & chanels.
If i'm not mistaken, u can download programs from kazaa (shhh....i didnt tell u that!)

yeah, thanx for the feed Xclusive. appreciate it. and shonj, i work on fl3 but now, i imported the sounds from fl4. but that's not on any of the beats i have up, i'll add them later. even though i've been working on the beatcreator demo, i like how it works as opposed to the fruityslicer. i had a demo version. how is the fruityslicer compared to the beatcreator?

nice yo, keep elevatin. those beats defintely have potential but i think they lack a bit of edge... come up with your own individual sound rather than emulating or sampling other ones, or at least mix it around a bit. don't be scared of experimenting... all music is good. on another note, fruity loops is a solid program but try getting your hands on a shareware or pirate version of reason cos FL is kinda limited in its creative scope. yo and also work on tweaking timing, pitch, eq and all that... i think u can get even more out of those sounds you got flowing. iight man, keep it up! oh and check out my beats whenever u got time and let me know what you think:
