zion i beats out everyone in cali...and there from the bay..so are hieroglyphics...i think what it comes down to is your preference in hip hop....west coast music tends to use a lot more synth...if you're someone into lyrics east coast is def untouchable..zion i is one of the few lyrically good products from the west coast...
