How I Get a Avatar On here..???

Cauz i Uploaded It On Image Titan..But i dont see Where On Da Site I Upload..Usually i would see in the avie section..Browse on ya comp to upload..or link from another site..etc..tehn i would use that to put an Avatar on da site..Help...
