How to have ya own avatar?

I want to know how to have your oeb avatar and make it say what ever I want to say under my name.....On the other one you need 5 wins and a registered voter to do it or have 500 post.....But how do you do it on this site...Becuz I have what I want for my avatar....But then I just dont know what I need to add it....Or I donr know how to make what ever I want it to sat under my name...

If you have enough posts and wins, go into the Usercp and click the Edit Avatar link under Settings and Options. Otherwise get enough posts and either ask an admin to upgrade your account or your account will be upgraded automatically at 500
