Yeah that's pretty much exactly it. In that same spirit though, by not paying your employees a decent wage, you're doing exactly what capitalism is meant for you to do, make a profit. You're encouraged to try to get more than you give. You're encouraged to sell an item for way more than it costs to make it. You're ENCOURAGED to pay your workers way less money than their labor brought in FOR YOU. If you paid them exactly what they deserve than there's no profit and you'd only break even. Captialism does have its perks though I mean look at sebastians car.

exactly and thats why capitalism in most views is bullshit,your incouraged to sell an item for way more than it costs to make it...thats called sweat shops in third world countrys,and u would be making alot more then breaking even if bussinesses stayed in the u.s.,(not as much as having your product manufactured in the third world,due to slave labor)but because of greed and the fact that the ceo doesnt feel hes making enough...thats why jobs are sent overseas,cuz if a product was made in america it would cost to much,u dont u give a fuck about the people and if u paid emplyees good money u could still make a profit,maybe not the greedy profit u expected but think for a fucken minute, people have to feed their familys(just like u, u greedy motherfucker)...not that i agree with socialism but their main argument is that keeping 90 percent of the wealth in 10 percent of the population is true,and with capitalism today that idealogy is true, u cant deny it

It's all about perspective really. Capitalism CAN work, but it's actually at it's best when people maintain their morals, but frankly they don't. It's biggest strength becomes it's biggest weakness too. Economic "freedom" doesn't always have to mean screwing people over. Capitalism does bring in more innovation. I don't think we'd have any game consoles or maybe even the internet if it weren't for capitalism. Well actually I could see the internet being invented, just not the same way it is now. But game consoles, not at all.

I do think right now most people are used to their only motivation to do anything being money. So most likely as time went on people would find other reasons to be creative and invent useful things other than getting rich right

i agree the idea of capitalism could work if people used their morals but in the world we live in it will never be used right,its good that each company or corperation competes against their competition and strives to make the best product available, and thats a good point we might not have alot of technologys we have if it wasnt for capitalism..but at the same time it should be everyones company,and they should pay their employees.theres alot of different ways that it could be fixed but never will..90 percent of the wealth will remain in 10 percent of the population..so fuck capitalism.
