Yup.. you guessed it. It is the start of another year, so that means a new RV mixtape. If you were not here last year, RV's audio members has been submitting tracks showcasing their works and talents in a free cd that is mailed out to anyone who wants a copy. It has sort of become a yearly tradition. So here's year number 3.

There was a post about what should be done this year and we are going to do things slightly different this year. Instead of submitting tracks of songs posted at soundclick, we are going to ask that you send the songs privately so that it'll add a little surprise to the experience. The reason for this is for this version, we are hoping that people will submit something that other people haven't already heard yet. So if you are interested in sending in a track to be considered, the details are below:

Due date: 3/15/07

Submit it by:

• Go to www.yousendit.com
• Enter admin[at]rapverse.com in the Recipient email (replace [at] with @)
• Enter your email address in the next field
• In the message box, enter your RV username, the song title, length of the track so that I can verify I've downloaded the entire song, and the artist info of how you want it to appear in the track listing.
• Upload file. MP3 format.

Once I've downloaded the song, I'll send you a PM to confirm receipt. You may submit multiple tracks if you wish. For this year, we also plan to have a voting council help choose which tracks to be featured. So get to work and good luck.

No limit... although we are probably going to try to get as large of a variety of artists as we can without sacrificing quality.


Nope. I guess I could find ways to sell advertising and such for it... but I'm too busy and lazy. Knowing advertisers, they'll probably want a lot more copies made and sent out anyways.

If strobe was to sell it and make money he would most likley get sued out the ass for making money fo uncleared/Leased beats.

Most th epeople on this site dont have the rights to any of the beats they use. with the exception of a couple.
