well common sense would tell me a person without a sense of humor couldnt deliver a punchline. so basicly when you say 'punchlines wins battles' it actually means 'you need say funny jokes to win battles.'

maybe you just dont know the definition of punchline.

Let me clear this up... billy is a fuckin retard who needs to brush up on his vocabulary. When he said punchlines he meant punches. This shows you how much into the rap game oh billy boy really is. This doesnt make his statement any more intelectual tho. If he found the verse funny, then there must have been punches. But it doesnt matter... this is why we dont count crew votes. Because they reach too far for reasons or they dont give reasons at all.
